Cieline (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a single-line constellation puzzle game. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or other personal details. Any player name you type is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. This may include: device model, operating system version, app version, language/region, anonymous app-instance identifiers, in-app events (e.g. levels started/completed), and crash diagnostics. This data is aggregated and used to improve the game.
The App shows ads through Appodeal and its mediation partners (including AppLovin, BidMachine, and Vungle). To serve and measure ads, these partners may process device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier / IDFA where you permit it), approximate IP-based location, and ad-interaction data. Where you consent, ads may be personalized; otherwise you will see non-personalized ads.
On iOS, before any advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed, the App asks for your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not stop ads — it limits ad personalization.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers under their own privacy policies:
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can opt out of ad personalization through your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android). To make a request, contact us below.
Cieline is not directed to children under 13 (and under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Analytics and crash data are retained according to our providers’ standard retention periods. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
